December can be a busy, stressful month. It’s a perfect time to remind ourselves that what we put out comes back.
I invite you to join me in affirming “what I send out comes back” and let’s take some ‘mindful moments’ this month to stop and check in. As you go about your day, no matter where you are and what you’re doing when you hear the voice that tells you it’s time for your mindful moment, listen. Stop. Check in. Shift and start to notice what you’re sending out and experiment with what you’d like to have come back.
