Are you your biggest champion? What would it take to be that? I find sometimes we sabotage our efforts. To be our biggest champion, sometimes it takes noticing where and when we’re not.
I’ve noticed when I don’t get enough sleep, am not eating clean or enjoy too much red wine, it puts me in a weak position. I don’t have it in me to cheer myself on and end up in the corner bruised and worn out (metaphorically of course).
What puts you in a weak position? Today, I invite you to join me in affirming “I’m my biggest champion and know what I need to do to succeed.” Let’s start noticing where we’re not and what we can do to make it so.
