Have you ever heard yourself say “he/she made me so mad”, “they made me feel guilty”, “he made me feel so good”? “Made me” is just a way to pass blame, or give permission for something you may not want to feel. Even if that ‘made me’ results in feeling something positive, you’re giving the control of your feelings to someone else.

Today, keep your power and let’s affirm “I give myself permission to own my feelings” and let’s do that regardless of what those feelings are!
