What motivates you? What are habits you need to create to get you motivated? For me, I’m dreaming of being at my perfect weight and shape and need to create the habits to support that motivation to get in shape, be healthier and have more energy!
As we begin 2019 it’s going to take getting back into the habit (it’s so easy to get out of the habit) of going to bed early and waking up early to exercise. Getting back into the habit of preparing my meals on Sunday for the week and writing down what I eat and drink. I got out of those habits when I stopped commuting a few years ago. Oh how easy it was to drop those habits when the routine had changed.
