How are you doing ‘loving what is’? Do you enjoy the process of life or go through life waiting for the next shoe to drop? I’d like to wrap up the dedication to Byron Katie with this final Byron Katie quote “Life is simple. Everything happens for you, not to you. Everything happens at exactly the right moment, neither too soon nor too late. You don’t have to like it… it’s just easier if you do.”
This makes me think of Yvonne Heath, author of Love Your Life to Death and one of the contributor’s to the Anxiety Warrior. Yvonne’s chapter is about the spiritual journey and ‘finding your post’; that internal something that you hang onto, no matter what, in times of despair. I realized after reading Yvonne’s chapter that my spiritual post is what Katie’s quote is about.
Here’s my spiritual post: “The universe supports me. Everything that happens to me, is for me, not against me.” I may not know why something happens, or not like it in the moment, but believing this allows me to release and let go of trying to control everything and be open to what is happening.
I invite you to join me and affirm “I love what is and am enjoying the process of life” and see if you can believe this and feel a release of stress, or a sense of peace and calm and knowing that all will be well.
I hope you enjoyed these last 2 weeks with “Katie”. I know I did!
Have an awesome day!
